That's how you do it
In the Chassis tool you can enter one or more chassis numbers of passenger cars. Subsequently, the ecoscore, Euro standard and the fuel type of these car(s) will be looked up for you and you will have an idea about their environmental friendliness.
There is a manual with the application that tells you exactly what to do.
Knowing more
The ecoscore is a score between 0 and 100. The higher the score, the more environmentally friendly the vehicle. When calculating the ecoscore, various environmental aspects are taken into account, such as:
- greenhouse effect
- air quality (health effects & effects on ecosystems)
- noise pollution
The ecoscore has a well-to-wheel approach. Both exhaust emissions and emissions from production and distribution of the fuel are taken into account.
